The Lobster Pool offers "dining in the rough."  To "dine in the rough" means to eat without all the frills usually associated with upscale restaurants.

     Usually, it is associated with eating seafood, especially lobster, at sea-side restaurants and clam shacks. You order at a counter, return to pick up your food when called, and eat at picnic tables either inside or out on the lawn.
